What happens after you make your purchase?
Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and the information you have provided. You will be asked to provide specific information about your web hosting account and payment processor - if you need help setting any of these up, it will be done for you at this time. This information is needed for the installation of your design and shopping cart. If you have not opted for graphic customization, your design will be installed using the account details you have provided within 7 business days. Opting for graphic customization adds up to 3 days to delivery time.
Remember - 30 days of support is provided at no charge after delivery is complete. |
